Oatmeal Creme Pie Cheesecake & Recipe - Oatmeal Cream Pie Cheesecake
Hello wonderful people! Welcome back to our channel. Here's the featured dessert in this video recipe... Oatmeal Creme Pie Cheesecake Ingredients •4 - 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese (softened) •1 Tbsp of vanilla •1 Tsp of lemon juice •1 Tbsp of ground cinnamon •1/4 tsp of all spice •1 - 3 oz pkg of cheesecake instant pudding mix •1 cup of half and half (plus 2 Tbsp if needed) •1 cup of powdered sugar •2 boxes of Oatmeal Creme Pies •Whipped cream or Buttercream to pipe around edges of cheesecake Instructions 1. Line the bottom of springing pan with parchment paper and layer Oatmeal Creme Pies on the bottom. 2. Mix the softened cream cheese until smooth & creamy. 3. Add vanilla, lemon juice, cinnamon, & all spice, mix. 4. In a separate bowl mix together instant pudding & half and half until smooth & no longer grainy. Add additional 2 Tbsp if needed to make pudding mix smooth. 5. Add pudding mix to cream cheese & blend until smooth. 6. Add powdered sugar a little at a time, blending well after each addition. 7. Pour half the batter into the spring-form pan on top of the creme pies. Then add another layer of creme pies. 8. Add the other half of cheesecake batter and smooth the too. 9. Cover pan with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer & refrigerate for at least 8-10 hours. 10. When ready to serve remove from pan, chop up remaining Oatmeal Creme Pies and arrange them at the top in the center of cheesecake, pipe a border around the edge of cheesecake using whipped or buttercream.
